1. Acceptance

By using the Peerbite application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Account Creation

To register for Peerbite:

You must have a valid email address with a .edu or .edu.tr extension
You must be 18 years of age or older
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
You are responsible for the security of your account

3. Rules of Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Sharing violent, gory, or bloody content
Hate speech, racism, discrimination
Harassment, bullying, or threats
Spreading fake or misleading information
Spam or unwanted advertising
Impersonating others
Sharing copyrighted content without permission
Compromising the security of the application

4. Content

You are responsible for all content you share. Peerbite:

Reserves the right to moderate content
May remove content in case of rule violation
May suspend or permanently close the account for repeated violations

5. Intellectual Property

Peerbite's logo, design, and software belong to us. User content belongs to the user who created the content. By sharing, you grant permission for your content to be displayed on the platform.

6. Privacy

For detailed information on the processing of your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

Peerbite is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user content.

8. Account Termination

You can close your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice in case of rule violation.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will send in-app notifications for significant changes.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts are authorized for disputes.
